Every Trackily deployment is a custom-built app for a single business. Unlike generic workforce apps where thousands of unrelated companies share the same login page and the same database, your Trackily app has one tenant, you. There is no public sign-up. No outside user can create an account, log in, or ever land in your workspace.

We only collect what your app needs to run, employee accounts you create, clock-in and clock-out records, job data, GPS points when a job requires them, uploaded photos, and notes. We do not sell, share, or rent this data to anyone.

Your workforce data is not surfaced to advertisers, data brokers, or AI training pipelines. We do not run ad networks or trackers inside your app.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Backups are encrypted. Access from our side is limited to the small team that maintains your app, and only when needed for support or a fix you have asked for.

You own your data. You can request a full export at any time, and you can ask us to delete your workspace when you stop using Trackily. Employees can request corrections through the built-in correction workflow.
